Who you are dealing with
Lake Lowell Heating and Air is a free referral service for residential furnace repair around Caldwell, Idaho. Calling the number on this site connects you to an independent heating company that serves your area. Your agreement for the work itself, its price, its scheduling and any warranty is with that company, and that company is responsible for the workmanship and for any permit the work needs.
The call costs you nothing beyond your ordinary phone charges. Nothing on this site obliges you to book any work.
Using this site
The information here is general guidance about residential furnaces. It is sourced where it can be, but it is not a diagnosis of your particular furnace and it is not a substitute for somebody qualified testing it.
Do not rely on anything here in a situation involving gas, combustion products or carbon monoxide. If you suspect any of those, leave the building and call from outside.
Prices
Nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer to do work at a stated price. The permit fees reproduced on this site are taken from published sources, cited on the pages where they appear; they are set by the authority that publishes them and may change.
Calls
Call about a home you own or are responsible for. Ask the company you are connected to for its Idaho HVAC certificate of competency number before you agree to any work.
